4While the game advances the plot through Priority Contracts, they aren't always available, and you will have to take on random contracts to get the next story mission to open up. You'll see a handful of these missions through the course of the LP, but most money grinding will be done offscreen.
Of course, some of the random missions we should go through, just to give everyone an idea of what they can expect to find out there, and showing how to use the XP the pilots get.
