Bypass area 9 to get to 17, where we interrogate a prisoner to reveal the secret pathways between 14/17 and 15/18. Clear area 9 for the 3-way. Now you can enter area 7, the POW camp. We rescue Joe here and can now get his machine gun from area 18.
