In the second episode of Let's Play Afterfall InSanity Extended Edition, Dr. Tolkaj is summoned to speak with the Colonel. However he decides to head to the bar first to see his ladyfriend Karolina, the only redhead in the shelter, apparently. The Colonel sends Albert down to Sublevel Two to investigate reports of strange behavior. It quickly becomes apparent that something is very wrong on the sublevel. After beating our way through a variety of patients, we learn that some sort of virus is on the loose on the level, and begin heading toward a surviving scientist.
