In the fourth episode of Let's Play Afterfall InSanity Extended Edition, Dr. Tokaj follows Professor Tomaszewski in order to reset the ventilation systems in order to clear out the contamination on Sublevel 2. Once the air is cleared, the pair head back to the laboratory where the other scientists are. However, things don't turn out too well for the science folk. With the Professor gone, Tokaj decides to head back up to the main Sublevel. However, it seems the mutants are also heading up, as well as a mysterious man.
