We take a trip back to 2009, a simpler time; when 13 year olds were humming "No Rest For The Wicked," Justin Bieber was still the pop star to hate, and I still thought Three Days Grace was good... and the game that would spawn my favorite video game franchise ever released. Borderlands is a first-person shooter with Diablo-esque gun generation - sniper rifles that shock people, shotguns whose projectiles explode on impact, and more. I spent probably 80 hours on this game growing up - not that we'll be spending too much time here in this playthrough. We're going to do the main quest of Playthrough 1 and the DLCs, and that's it.

In this episode, Lilith the Siren (though canonically it's the full party) sets off on Pandora on a quest to find The Vault, but first she's going to need the direction of the lone resident of Fyrestone.
