I'm the kind of nerd who cares too much about game design stuff, and I feel like the best thought out games are the ones where you don't "have" to look anything up to be able to get it. Sure, some people will get the reference here and try it like I did, but what about people who don't? What ARE the odds someone will do exactly what I did, especially considering there's no "feedback" that you're doing the right thing for the first few seconds? The fact that you have to be familiar with a completely unrelated game (that came out in 1988!) to "get the joke" to be able to collect this is a bit silly in my opinion.

TL;DR: This secret is dumb and deserves criticism, but at least I got a good laugh from it.
