The puzzle here isn't strictly based on your ability to comprehend the language, but instead, it's going to see if you can use all the context scattered around to figure out how everything fits together.

And despite all evidence to the contrary, it's not really a number puzzle. But you'll see when we get there.

I also go back and properly handle the monkey area and get the last page to show up from the Bard area off camera and start with putting that page together. I feel the last symbol we solve is very, very relevant for me at the moment.
