Let's play chessmaster part 1
Here in the description I am going to tell you the basics of chess, which is the movement of all the pieces. Once you understand on how all the pieces move, you'll be a will to understand the game enough to play yourself and with other friends. No fancy tricks are required. The first piece is the pawn. The pawn can only move one space forward and, can only attack diagonal one space forward on both sides.(Note that if the pond has not moved then the pond will be able to move 2 spaces, once.) The second piece is the Rook. The Rook is the castle looking piece and, it can move forward and backwards, as well as left and right to unlimited spaces provided that there is no other obstacle in the way. The knights are the horse like pieces. The way I learned how they move is one two left or right. Once you are able to understand that concept with the knowledge that they can do that forward and backwards left and right, then you will able to understand how the knight moves.(It should be noted that Knights are the only pieces that can leap over other pieces.) The bishops can only move diagonal, both forward and backwards. The Queen is like the wildcard. It can move in all directions provided that there is no obstacles in the way. The King is the piece you want to protect. Because if the King dies than the game is over. However the King is only able to move one space in all directions.
