Hello again everyone, I'm testing out some audio settings, so this episode my voice might seem a bit loud at some points. Still haven't quite figured out the right mix, I'll try for a bit more of a boost for the gameplay volume next around :)

Anyhow, in this episode I start doing a bit of high density residential zoning. It's going to be an ongoing theme since most of the larger parts of the city, especially the downtown core will be high density, so don't feel like this is it in terms of tips :)

In the next episode we're going to add a new specialized industrial zone to help accommodate this influx of new residents and I'll definitely be doing some expansion and fine tuning with the new high density spot we've just created :)
