PART VI -- In this video I am going through the motions of expanding the city. I have 3 different tasks in this scenario mode and they are as follows:

Winning Entails

***Have over 260,000 population

***20,000 full lifespans lived

***Have over 1,000,000₡

Loss

***Have less than -30,000₡

While getting those achievements might seem easy, they are not.

We will have to look at increasing the services to encourage more citizens coming in or more relaxed citizens for babymaking. In this part, we started at $1.1 million with a population of 61,439 and ended at approximately $1.7 million with a population of 63,502.
