Welcome to a series about the game Cities XL Platinum and about my new city Waterfront City. The design of this city is very organic with several circular shapes again. A central park axis divides the city in a industrial and residential area. For this project I will use lots of mods ;)

So, today I will continue with the sunken freeway network in WFC and the first things I need are a small interchanges and a tunnel.

(btw. install mods only on your own risk, make a backup of yor city save files first!!!)
