Let's Play Civilization 5 Crossroads of the World Episode 40 (Mods) [Nogay Horde under Edigu]
Crossroads of the World is a modding event featuring a huge number of custom civilizations from the Central Asia/ Steppe Region. Everything will be played on Prince Difficulty without any additional mods that I feel overcomplicates gameplay. As usual, no audio, no music, no captions are provided in this video to allow full enjoyment of the gameplay.
This ability of this Civ favours playing wide, and going for diplomatic or domination victories. The unique building, the Kollar Basri, provides +1 Gold to specialists along with all classic traits of markets. With the extra gold, gaining influence with city-states is easy. The unique unit and the plundering of caravans and stealing (rather than destroying/ killing of great people with military units) make gaining additional great people and benefits easy. However, sadly, the unique unit is not working.
In the end, I was close to capturing the capital of Spain, and at the same time the World Congress was on going. Both a domination victory and a diplomatic victory was highly possible. However, the game only allows for one victory.

It is said 85% of viewers watch videos with the sound off, hence my rationale of not including any sound, audio or music in all of the videos I make.
Sit back and enjoy the let's play video. :)
