I believe this flash game was made by Saxon Druce, who's most recent title is Ghoul Britannia: Land of Hope and Gorey. Class 3 Outbreak is a "localized" zombie simulator that allows the player to use Google Maps to select any city in the world to run the apocalypse in. The player can also set certain parameters to adjust the play style. In this scenario, the game takes place in the city of Leicester and follows a population of 1,000 civilians in a 500m by 500m radius. The player has three police squads to use to try and contain the outbreak before eventually sending them through the city to rescue scientists and pilots for an escape via helicopter.
