5I have a note in this description that is just "Lingchi". I have no idea why that is here. I suppose I saw "Death by a Thousand Cuts" somewhere on the stock ticker in game and wanted to note that "Death by a Thousand Cuts" is not some arbitrary saying or catchy phrase to describe military strategy, but rather a horrific and very real method of torture that was used in ancient China called "Lingchi". The idea was to slowly saw off portions of flesh over time until the person died, and it was normally reserved for especially serious crimes. Anywho, the documentary I reference about the foreign exchange trading was likely a BBC documentary about the pound sterling collapse on Black Wednesday on September 16th, 1992. BBC has done some great documentaries over the years.
Back to business. This game is a top-down flash game where a virus has infected bankers and traders and turned them into the most heinous, greedy creatures of all -- zombies! You are sent in to take out these G.R.E.E.D. zombies at various banks and trading areas in order to save the world economy from destruction. The game itself is a type of horde mode that features weapon pick-ups and other bonuses from defeated zombies.
