Yoshiki's psyche is a pretty bad place to be. After a few flashbacks and with the power of yelling, Yoshiki comes back to his senses and it's onto the final boss! If you never met Yuka, you're forced to lose this battle and get the bad ending, and while that is a jerk move, I still don't think it's as bad as Chapter 5 of Bloodcovered and it's multiple Guide Dangit scenarios.
