So what do I mean by 86% run? Well in all the times I've played this game, I have never 100% it. There are some challenges in this game I'm unable to do so I plan on getting the bare minimum while getting from start to end.
What I will do: All collectibles, unlockables, purchasables, gags, Die-O-Ramas, Fast Laps, Rolling Thunders, Races, Battle Arenas, and Stunt Arenas.
What I won't do: All Chicken Challenges, Minigames, Run and Guns, and Crashinators.
Back at the Midway, we saw the park full of people and Park Drone employees. All the main characters are there too offering odd jobs in order to unlock their vehicles. Only Crash and Cortex are playable right now so to play as everyone else, you'll have to do the odd jobs. I do go through all the conversations in this game. They paid for the voice acting so we're gonna listen. Besides, you'd miss out on some of the humor if you went and bought everything right away. Coco needs a Fusion Unit for her car, N. Gin needs plutonium for his car, Pasadena and Von Clutch need Power Crystals for their cars, Crunch needs a lot of Wumpa Coins to buy his car, and Nina needs the keys to her car. Around the park there are gags you can interact with where Crash fools around and mostly puts Park Drones in peril and hazards that show Die-O-Ramas proving that the park is a deathtrap. Exploring Mystery Island, we find that the Power Gem thief hired Ninja Penguins to patrol the attractions and attack passersby. If they hit you, you'll lose coins. We also see Park Drones selling costumes and power crystals. Apparently their wages suck. One Park Drone is selling an Indiana Jones outfit fresh from a corpse. Cortex is here too and he needs a ninja suit, which is being sold by another Drone, so he can do some sleuthing around the park in exchange for a Power Crystal covered in Wumpa Whip. And finally a Drone is selling an Evil Crash costume from Crash Twinsanity. We unlock shortcut in a race track then show an exploit where you can enter the second park attraction without needing the Power Gem for it then unlock everyone's cars.
