Game Rules :
Use of "Exterminate settlements" option when conquering settlements, if:
a) Starting and Automatic Expansion settlements are occupied by Evil/Orc factions.
b) Newly conquered settlements are in the hands of Evil/Orc factions for more than 5 turns.
c) Settlement garrison consists of Evil/Orc faction units.
Use of "Occupy Settlement" option when conquering settlements, if:
a) Settlement was under occupation for less than or for 5 turns from Orc/Evil faction.
b) Settlement garrison consists of Non-Evil/Non-Orc faction units.
Destroy and rebuild any building in the settlement to our type of culture (as much as it possible).
