Velstadt is nothing too special if you use summoned help. He attacks with his bell mace until part way through then he will give himself a buff. If he lives long enough, he will also attack with a swarm of shadow bolts after kneeling for a moment.

We get the Seal of the King and can now open some doors about the world. We also finish up with Lucatiel's story because we summoned her and kept her alive for three boss battles.
