On paper that sounds much worse than it really is, in practice this fight could be rough depending on your build and strategy. For us manly strength characters, utilize your greatshield and you can afford to take your time.

For everyone else, well you get to hurry up. The longer this fight goes on, the slower you move and for someone with a 50ish stability shield.. you're not going to be able to tank very well. So dodge early and punish as often as you can. Standard fare really.

Just watch out for the impale attack.. it really really hurts.
