This boss fight depending on how you tackle it and how much experience you have, can range from "Kind of annoying" to "OMG! How the heck am I supposed to do this!!? It's impossible!"

If all else fails you can always cheese it with the fog door strategy. If you want to do the more sporting methods, well I'd recommend staying on the big middle platform as it's much less punishing there than on the narrow platforms. It also provides good protections from their sonic wave via the fire holder.
