We enter with a quick discussion between Mr. Pratchett and a member of the City Watch, and then make like a bandit and rob him of his possessions. After that I find the Outsider Shrine in the Mission.

Then it is off to the area with the actual bridge. It features some nasty defensive devices called Arc Pylons which will fry me if I get anywhere close to them. Of course, with my skill an prowess I navigate around everything with little worry. Eventually while crossing the bridge I find the power to the floodlights as well that Samuel had told me earlier about.

After crossing the bridge I run into a jailed 'Scavenger' who I spring and 'help out' for a share in some Pearls he had in his possession. Then I proceed on.
