No, seriously, it's one of the most painful things you'll encounter. There isn't a safe way to handle them but it seems underwater Pipebombs can do the trick if placed right. Once you get out of the water we get ambushed by Pregnators and Pig Cops under the company of a shielded Enforcer. Things just keep getting better, huh?
