Welcome back fellow Tarnished and future Elden Lords. It's speculated that Hyetta is the reincarnation of Irina, from castle Morne, only now possessed by Shabriri. The two bear a striking resemblance to one another and neither can see with their natural eyes...and if I'm not mistaken Hyetta only appears after Irina is killed. Anyway, her questline is easy, just hand over the shabriri grapes and the fingerprint grape you've obtained over the course of the game and meet her in the Frenzied Flame Proscription. This will mean saying goodbye to Melina, but great power comes at a cost.
