After completing the first part of A Rat Problem side quest we talk with Pinarus who believed if we illed off the starving mountain lions nest we would eliminate the problem but when we visit Arvena Thelas she informs us that there is another mountain lion in her basement RIGHT NOW!

Seems something else is causing the mountain lions to come back (even though I found a hole in the basement) .

Arvena suspects it's her neighbor Quill Weave (funny name) is behind the mountain lions saying she might be jealous or something so now we must follow her and see where she goes at night.
