Epic Tavern reminds me of the mobile game Dungeon Village, except it's a tavern instead of a village. It's a fun idea, kind of a tavern + RPG tycoon game rolled into one. You can manage rooms, special facilities, character gear, and you are even involved in the quests where you read flavor text and roll for the results.
Epic Tavern is very deep with a lot to manage. It's still early access so some things are missing but what's there already makes this a very playable game.
