Let's Play - Escape the Backrooms!
3I wanted to try a different format for videos and this is the start of that.
Getting spoken audio separate from the recording was a bit of a bother- and I'm trying out a new microphone setup. I'll have to work it out, of course. I think with a little adjusting can get some more consistent sound...Those lapel microphones are pretty nice, but probably nicer if I get a good result.
My first "Backrooms" game. I had the TV volume down for the first few minutes and though it was creepy- the volume being up definitely increases the feeling of danger. I legitimately jumped on this one. It has been a while since I played a game that actually produced a scared reaction.
Not sure how many levels are with this game- but there is certainly variety. In the span of this video- there is more variety than I would have expected. If you are into PC horror games... this is a fun one. I bet it's better playing with friends too.
