In this LP I am playing through the Final Fantasy Tactics mod 1.3.0.8 that changes lots of stuff for purposes of balance and difficulty. I've wanted to do a run of it for a while now and I've finally decided to do it. However, I didn't want to do a normal run, as other people have already taken on that duty. Therefore, I decided to give a character his/her/its time to shine by changing my units into, BYBLOS! I'll be doing a lot of hacking of characters throughout the LP, because I actually want to complete this thing. A party of Ramza and 4 Byblos without hacking it would be impossible. Monsters are good in 1.3, but not better than humans. Byblos has great abilities, but not so much for many fights. Also, not having equipment would be a nightmare for lots of battles. So in the interest of enjoyment and not repeating too many battles dozens of times, I'll be giving my Byblos units better secondary abilities and equipment. I'll try not to beef them up when unnecessary to retain some of the challenge though. After all, they are Byblos! They have the capacity to wreck most units. The RNG can really determine what happens though. Hopefully hilarity will ensue. I have no intentions to do any optional battles.
