Let's Play: Game Critic Plays MotorStorm Some More

This video simply showcases gameplay of the game itself. You are probably wondering why I'm uploading a second video when I already have a first impression video here: https://youtu.be/RaQj0arKGuQ
The simple reason is that the original first impression video was simply a video showcasing the game in full. Every feature about it was activated. This included the background music. Well, I got a notice on the video before it was made public that it was blocked in some countries on copyright grounds. The game itself features licensed music and I strongly suspect that this is what caused the blocking in some countries. The question at that point became, what do I do in this situation? I could have just left things as-is and simply left video to be blocked in some countries.
Alternatively, I could upload another video with the music turned off.
So, I decided to do a "let's play" video (since it's obviously no longer a first impression video at that point) to showcase gameplay footage that would otherwise not be seen by those in the countries it was blocked in. So, I figured that this was a reasonable compromise. I don't know for sure if this will work as I don't know the "official" reasoning behind it being blocked in some countries, but I figured it was worth a shot anyway.
Obviously, the first video is not copyright infringing even with the music. This is because the video falls under "Fair Use". First of all, the audio of the game is low and I am commentating over top of it. This would easily make it under the exception of "criticism"/"commentary". Additionally, that video is also being used for journalistic purposes (I do have a news site and I do write news and reviews). Thirdly, I also offered some thoughts and compared and contrasted the gameplay footage with other games on other systems. So, arguably, it also falls under "education" purposes. I am, effectively, teaching viewers a few things about games in the process. However, we are working under another site's rules, so the law has less sway on these matters.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this "compromise" video if you can't access the original First Impression video. If you can access both, congratulations, you got more than 10 minutes of bonus video on top of it all. Sweet deal! If this also is blocked in some countries anyway, well, sorry, I tried.
