Poison Shield formation with Alice casting Decoy and using the reduce physical damage skill. Aya spams reflect breath every turn. That should prevent everything. If you are worried about the Fang attack, use someone to manipulate the field towards Water. Besides that, just make sure you can damage the Hydra each turn (it regens 999). I generally stuck with slayer weapons and went from there.
