We pick up Aya again and do Reimu's material quest.

Aya:
Annoying sums it about up. She can put up a field effect that boosts her accuracy and evasion, making hitting her nearly impossible. Furthermore, she acts twice a turn and can use one of those actions to reflect all magic for a turn. She is vulnerable to Earth but good luck hitting her with any. Best bet is hope you get a Freeze off with Cirno and buff your accuracy as much as possible with Sanae. When you get an opening, hit her with everything you got.

Elite Yukkuri (Reimu Only):
These sorts of quests with character requirements does allow a Commander to come along. Elite Yukkuri is a Yukkuri with 20 hp and can only be harmed by physical attacks. It will store power to prepare Face Smash and Concentrate to do Medoroa, both of which can kill Reimu easily if you do not have top level accessories (like Sun Curtains). Adjust all of Reimu's points to focus on hitting and barriers and equip a sword (Excalibur is great for the 100 regen). Attack every turn cept when it charges up. Then use your single barrier and hope you win before you run out of bombs or mp.
