General Hawk has been kidnapped! He's been taken to the Sahara Desert. A team lead by Rock 'n Roll begins a rescue operation to free Hawk from Destro's base. A Cobra BUGG patrols on the outside perimeter, but how it got there is anyone's guess. Getting inside of Destro's base, bombs are planted and Vipers are thrashed. Golobulus seems to be lurking inside plotting something, who knows... and we'll probably never know since he likes to catch bullets with his body. Lots of them. On the way out, Destro makes a last stand against the Joe forces in his Despot vehicle, and eventually in 1-on-1 combat against Blizzard. Will the team escape with their lives!?
