Let's Play Grabbed by the Ghoulies Ep 6 - Chapter 2 - Rare Replay - Horror Retrogaming
4Grabbed by the Ghoulies is an open world brawler that was released in 2003 on the Xbox, but got rereleased in Rare Replay on the Xbox One. Its a game with a spooky, cartoonish setting that is in no way scary, but a romp through a haunted house still qualifies as Horror Retrogaming to me. In this Let's Play Playthrough, I make my way through the beginnings of Chapter 1.
Rare Replay is a retrogaming compilation of games from Rare Ltd (the creative and quirky games studio) that is an exclusive to the Xbox One. The games included span the entire history of Rare's catalogue from ZX Spectrum games, to Nintendo Entertainment System Games, to N64 games and all the way up to Xbox 360 games. This has been especially anticipated since it was unveiled at E3 2015 this past June.
I've been very excited for this game. I loved several of the NES games in the collection, so I'm looking forward to revisiting those. I never owned a ZX Spectrum or Nintendo 64, so its very exciting to be playing these games for the first time. Also, I missed most of Rare's additions to the Xbox 360, so I can't wait for those either. And Grabbed by the Ghoulies will make a welcome addition to my Horror Retrogaming series!
