The obligatory grunty episode. I've been talking about doing this for a little while, but until recently I didn't have the food for it. Here are the recipies and the grunty guide I lifted them from:

Iron:
1. 7 Golden Eggs, 1 Oh No Melon, 3 White Cherrys, 1 Mandragora, 1 Piney Apple,
2 Immature Eggs, 2 Invisible Eggs, 1 Bloody Egg

Poison:
1. 7 Golden Eggs, 1 Grunt Mints, 2 Twilight Onion, 1 Snaky Cactus,
1 Cordyceps,1 Root Vegtable, 1 La Pumpkin, 1 Mushroom, 4 Piney Apple,
1 Invisible Egg, 1 Bloody Egg

Nobel:
Random crap. Just load it up with only three types of things that get it to body 30 and you're good. Honestly, this is grossly easy to get.
