There is SO CRAZY MUCH development on Half-Life 2, even when not mentioning VR. The crazy looking cinematic mod will get a 2023 update, the VR mod will get an "official" facelift, Black Mesa VR is getting polished (no, not based on standalone).
Adding this to the stability weirdness I have been seeing, I am going to shelf Half-Life 2 playthrough for now and revisit with vigor once some of these things release for the ultimate(tm) experience. ** Half-Life 2, one of the most iconic games, in virtual reality?
