Let's Play Heroes Chronicles TWT 13 - Recovering from "Technical Difficulties"

After the active hero got his head handed to him in last episode's failed castle siege, I restarted the scenario (multiple times!), until I hit upon a strategy which would allow my main army to catch the Red player's main army outside a castle. I concentrated on quickly maximizing not only income generation (my usual first priority), but troop production as well, ignoring creature generator upgrades in favor of Unearthed Graves (at the Necromancer castles) and Castles (everywhere), as well as all of the basic Level 1-6 creature generator buildings. I also built up multiple field armies, one each for Tarnum & his 2 lieutenants, so that, after Yog defeated the main Red army, he could hold the nearby (former) Red castle with his depleted forces while Tarnum & Zubin assaulted Red garrisons in other directions. This denied the Red faction time to concentrate another massive army, and otherwise kept it "on its toes."
Next goal: capture that 2nd Red castle to the S of the 1st one on the lower level!
