Since Kurl wasn't in his own castle, we have to make one final attack to take it out - with Shiva, since Tarnum just reached the scenario's level cap in the battle against Kurl. Much to everyone's surprise (especially LostinBlue's), Shiva wins, even running the battle on auto-combat (which I might not have done, were this not the scenario-ending battle).
Now Tarnum, Shiva, & Tyraxor move on to the Mudlands, which stand between them and the wizards of Bracadun. Several colored Border Gates separate us from the Mudlanders initially, so we'll able to explore in (relative) peace initially.
