This is Let's Play I Broke The Time.

In this episode:
We explore a simple Game Jolt platformer based on time travel and paradoxes and typical Doctor Who stuff. Very interesting mechanics from shadow time clones to screen wrap around. You have to strategically make your way to collecting all the clocks in each stage.
