So, we get a new ability for Will that, again, is more useful as a mobility aid than an actual attack. Don't get me wrong, the tornado does decent damage, but the charge up time kind of kills the utility of a power that relies on positioning to hit things. And requiring it for this dungeon means that we're doing almost the entire thing as Will.
