Back at Tony's pad, he and Rhodey are having an important conversation about A.I.M. Tony is mad how they have a nuclear facility, he says he makes weapons more smarter, accurate and precise, and they are crossing the line. And how e asy it was to destroy his weapons but now he is going after A.I.M. Rhodey tells Tony that they have lost contact with one of of the air forces ships, an advanced prototype that was out on a mission and Rhodey fears A.I.M is involved and ask Tony to help out and see what's up.
Tony flies to the ship in the Mark III and discovers it has been controlled by a man called the controller. We destroy the enemy forces on the ship, and beat the controller from controlling our minds. We then destroy crates containing parts of a reactor, then head back to Stark Industries.
