Version 2 bosses are essentially the same but much stronger and may know a few new attacks (Meiling V2 knows Arrow Rain and Ratsetsu Fist for example). Also, most of them are practically immune to Debuffs and Status effects. Generally the early bosses like Chen, Meiling, and Alice will be the hardest while the later ones like Yukari and Rinnosuke will be oddly easier depending on your party setup.

Beast of Centaurus (Boss):
Another physical damage dealer much like the last Seal boss. It will use mostly area effect attacks but this boss has two phases. His first form is relatively easy to deal with. You can debuff and cause status effects to it. But once you do enough damage to it, it will change forms and begin going very fast and attack 6 times each turn. This second form is immune to all status and debuff effects.

But, one thing you can do is Para lock the first form and pump enough damage to kill it before it reaches its second form. This takes a bit of time but will mean avoiding the damage rush (though very short) second phase. But doing this cheese tactic will earn you 0 exp and 0 skillpoints.
