So yeah...the little annoyances in this one kind of build up and make the game very hard to get through. Not difficult, really, since you can save anywhere and a cleared out room allows you to to refill your life for free. But, you have almost no after-hit invincibility, you have to be almost to the edge of the screen to scroll it forward, your attack range is incredibly small, and monsters are very, very random in their movements. Combine this with a really stock story, very poor translation, and some clues to advance that become nonsensical or obtuse due to said translation, and this game just is not friendly to the player.
