Arriving at the penguin exhibit, Batman sees that Penguin has already set his plan in motion as the entrance to his lair is guarded by mind controlled penguin minions that have taken out the police. Inside the lair, Batman sees Penguin and Catwoman, who's escaped prison apparently, overseeing the vile machine that makes penguins do Penguin's bidding. After destroying the machine's generators, pummeling Penguin, and subduing Catwoman, Penguin's penguins are deactivated and another batch of Arkham escapees are returned. The night's still not over as the Bat-Signal lights up yet again. We have one more gang of criminals to go after, but first, why didn't we get to fight Bane? How did Catwoman escape prison? Next time, we'll do the villain story to answer these questions.
