Hello and welcome to a Let's Play series with Master of Orion II: battle at Antares.

Before taking a group of ships to Antares, we crush the last Elerian resistance in a very extreme way. But if they want(ed) war, then they'll get that.

Master of Orion II really takes me way back. It was designed by Simtex and published by Microprose in 1996 and quickly became known as one of the masterpieces of the 4X turn-based strategy genre.

The game is available on platforms for older games and very much playable on modern computers. If you want to give it a try, please do so.
