Drum roll, please! It's time for the obligatory water stage. Even so, there are no water physics to be found. There are many obstacles such as steam traps, spiked swinging balls, and jet skis. While on the jet ski, you have more forward momentum and less backward momentum. You also can no longer slide or use charge shots, making it difficult to dodge.

BOSS: Wave Man
Wave Man is on the tougher side. He'll send up a water spout to block your shots. After which he will shoot a harpoon at you and jump to the other end. Although Wave Man's weakness is the Charge Kick, it's all too easy to accidentally slide into a harpoon. Once Wave Man goes down, we're rewarded with the Water Wave. It...shoots a water spout. Reeeal exciting. Next stop: Proto Man's Castle!
