Completing Gemini Man revisited brings us to a Doc Robot with Bubble Man's powers. Just like last time, he's weak to sharp objects, and the Shadow blade does well here. Forward we go, to Shadow Man's stage!

This may be the easiest of all of the stages the second time through. The bosses, on the other hand, are the most difficult. First Doc Robot up is Wood Man. He was a pushover in Mega Man II, now he's the most difficult one of all. You can use either Search Snakes or Needle Cannon on him. After him comes the Doc Robot formerly known as Heat Man. He's weak to, of all things, Top Spin. Fortunately I was able to take him out without hassle.

We've done it, time to take on whoever started this whole mess, right? Wrong. Time to take on Break Man! It's basically a Proto Man fight similar to the one in Hard Man's stage. He goes down pretty easily. Next it a cutscene where we learn that Wily stole the giant peacekeeping robot Gamma, and headed off to one of his Skull Castles (how many of these things did he build, anyways?). We leave off somewhere in the first Wily stage.
