Collecting the last of the remaining power ups(minus two HP memories we cannot get yet), then completing the final job. Its a doozy.

4 x Sensor3 J - S rank the Eye's in Secret 1.
4x Prism J - Probably the most troublesome to get. Only way to get is to feed the chip/bugfrag trader until you get it. Save state if possible.
3x Heatshot J - S rank a Spikey.
3x Heat-V J - 1-6 rank a Spikey2. Also available at Higsby's special order.
3x Heatside J - 1-6 rank a Spikey3.
3x GrassStg J/*- Only J code is available in Blue through the chip/bugfag trader. In White you can buy in * code.
3x AreaGrab * - Only one is available in Blue. White allows you to buy 3 from shop. I substituted for 2x Spice3 J which confuses enemies on Grass. Can be found by 7-10 ranking a Moshy.
2x Shadow J/* - S rank a Shadow in Secret 2 for J code. S rank in custom style for * code.
2x Invis * - Buy at ACDC Square shop.
1x Jealousy J - DNN edit room comp BMD.
1x FldrBck * - 200 BF at Undernet 2 BF trader.
1x Fullcust * [preset]- I substituted for Fstgauge * which can be obtained by completing Legendary Tomes job.
