Episode 3: Blocks, your path
Tankman's stage can certainly be chaotic due to the high damage explosions, and the boss himself being less vulnerable than most during his active attacks can certainly be troublesome. Rainbowman's stage sucks, but he himself isn't that bad in comparison. With all four Yoku Letters though, we gain access to our first extra stage: Yokuman! His stage is pretty lengthy, and the far spaced checkpoints paired with the Yoku Blocks themselves can be annoying, but it's worth it in the end for the reward. Whirlpoolman's stage in the challenge menu though is pretty unique, since while you're limited in your healing it's an entire stage and weapon added in updates!
