3LOL yeah just had to make the reference as X finally took on all over the mavericks and that music that plays at the Weapon Center brings bad memories of Boshy so anyway now that all the Mavericks are dead X gets a message from Gate and invites him to his lab to meet face-to-face but before we do that we got alot of work to do such as finding all Dr. Light's upgrades and Heart Containers etc and I also like to point out that there are 3 different ways to unlock Gate's Lab and I will list them below.
Unlocking Gate's Lab 1: Beat all mavericks like you usually do in the X series.
Unlocking Gate's Lab 2: After beating Nightmare Zero go back to the portal that leads where you fought Nightmare Zero but instead you'll be fighting High Max after you defeat him you'll get a cutscene where High Max is badly damage and Gate's Lab will also be unlocked.
Unlocking Gate's Lab 3: This one is pretty tricky but when you kill those squid things they drop blue orbs and you must collect 3,000 or more orbs to unlock Gate's Lab.
