17Taking on the first of the optional bosses. Who isn't really that tough if you picked up the second hyper modes or both SFM fragments from the final boss. Having both kind of completely screws this guy.
Oh and the bit about equipping two Energy Fields on Cinnamon? Sadly they don't stack.

Note: He recovers a lot of HP every turn. Annihilator Hadoken is damn painful. If two people are out of the fight he can use Regeneration which revives those two characters at 25% LE. Has an attack that completely drains one person's WE. You can also steal a Build LE and WE from him... If you really want to. Also has some nasty elemental abilities that hit a single character but... I'd rather he do that than a Hadoken.
Also, thankfully this guy's defenses are crap.
