I knew about this game since 2006/2007ish but I never got around to playing it myself until today.

Mushihime-sama Futari is an arcade bullet hell shooter made by Cave. It was released as an arcade game in 2006, and was rereleased for the Xbox 360 in 2012 with the region lock disabled. The game has gained recognition of being one of the hardest single-loop shooter in history when played on it's highest difficulty, known as "God Mode" for Black Label versions. There are two versions of the game, 1.5 and Black Label which is an upgrade to 1.5. I only managed to find the 1.5 version.
